I have a creditMoney loaned or the ability of an individual or company to borrow money. card that I have only used for Google AdWords and Enterprise Rent A Car. I used the card online at both company's web sites. Shortly after using the card, I had 3 international flights show up on my card.

How was my card and my billing info stolen to book the flights on the card? Anyone else had this type of problem? I disputed the charges but who knows if I will get the money credited back to my card.

If u have to get the police involved with ur family matters that should b taken care of WITHIN the family u had no business having kids... Wanting your son to become a felon and ruin his life when you could've sought help outside the law to correct his bad behaviors is fucking PATHETIC. Getting him a felony.. Prison time... Killing his future... HE'S A FUCKING KID!!!! I'd say use your parenting skills to help him but clearly ur too utterly stupid to use them or more likely just have none. All that calling the pigs will do and te results that will follow it is make him a better criminal in prison.... Lead him to a life a crime much more serious bc he can't get a Job bc Hes a felon now... And most of all have nothing but pure hate for ur dumbass u retarded bitch. What a joke... My boyfriend was locked up for fraud when he admitted to stealing a card from an unknown person. The owner of the card never reported the card stolen. My boyfriend felt bad about stealing the card and getting away with over $2200 in merchandise.

Re: Want 2 Prosecute teen
I have a 17 year old son who has for the past several years been shoplifting, lying, using my checking acct number and now has found a stolen creditMoney loaned or the ability of an individual or company to borrow money. card. In each circumstance I have either brought him back to the store to turn him into the store manager, requested the police be called, filed my own police report on him, etc. Nothing has ever come of any of this. We live in an urban neighborhood and with the last circumstance (stealing my checking acct number to purchase things) I was blatantly told by police that they are "too busy" to follow through on teenage acts of crime (!). Now, his most recent crime is using a stolen credit card to online purchase between $1,500 and $2,000 worth of items. He stopped only when the credit card limit was met. At that point he threw the credit card info away. Now that I've caught him with all of these goods, I want to get the law involved so they can start the process of prosecuting him. Being 17 years old, this is an opportunity to really teach him a lesson before he turns 18 with these behaviors. HOWEVER, I was told that since we dont know who the owner of the card is, the police can't prove that the items he ordered (we confiscated) are actually stolen--even through he's admitting to the crime. He just doesnt know the card name or the card number. So what do I do??
I'm really wanting to utilize the legal system with him.
Is it true that if I don't know the cardholders info, there is no one to press charges? Seems wrong since he's admitting to the crime.
Any suggestions?

Good info Darrell. I bought items from a website that didn't have the SSL in the URL and the lock on my browser never closed to show the connection was secure. Well, after making the purchase, fraudulent charges started showing up on my creditMoney loaned or the ability of an individual or company to borrow money. card. I'm not sure if the store stole my info, or if there was a snooper on my network who stole the info. Either way, the store is gone now when I go back to the site so I'm pretty sure my money is gone too. I have had to fight off over $3500 in fraudulent charges so far. I usually get the money back immediately, but it's a pain to have to keep watching the card for these charges and then writing the letter to get the charges removed.

As always, the rule of thumb for stolen creditMoney loaned or the ability of an individual or company to borrow money. card is to report it ASAP. When using credit cards for online purchases, make sure that there's a lock sign at the status bar of your browser window. Scrutinize every little detail of the webpage where you are entering your bank/credit card details. It wouldn't hurt to update your AV program too.

All the best,
Darrell

It depends on a few factors:
- how long before the creditMoney loaned or the ability of an individual or company to borrow money. card is reported stolen
- the merchant where you attempt to use the stolen credit card

Please don't start stealing credit cards because you will get caught and probably serve jail time.
